Student Intervention Services (SIS) enhances well-being, academic success, and personal growth within Penn’s diverse student body through crisis intervention and prevention. SIS collaborates with multidisciplinary partners to provide support, advocacy, solutions, and coordination of services for individual students and the Penn community.
SIS is convened through University Life and works closely with Penn’s 12 schools, Student Health and Counseling, College Houses and Academic Services, the Division of Public Safety, the Office of the Chaplain, and other University centers.

The HELP Line is a 24-hour-a-day phone number for members of the Penn community who are seeking time sensitive help in navigating Penn’s resources for health and wellness.
